FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All items sold by Natural Home Accents are food-safe. I recommend hand-washing to avoid breakage or chipping in the dishwasher. Use dish soap, water, and a pad to clean the surface. There is a chance of pottery cracking while microwaving. Please do not over-heat!
Seconds and sales
Seconds are items that don’t meet quality standards or are made as test products. The imperfections (for example – an uneven mug rim) do not affect the piece’s integrity unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Measurements and Color
Due to the nature of hand-built ceramics, measurements may vary. Glazes seen in the photos may vary slightly in color and appearance.
Sorry, I don’t offer gift wrapping.
I reuse all shipping materials. I usually use packaging bubble wrap, heavy-duty packing peanuts, and two heavy-duty boxes to ensure items arrive safely.
I ship within the USA only. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS every Friday. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. Please make sure that I am shipping your order to a secure location. I can’t take responsibility for stolen packages and won’t provide a refund. If you planning to buy a “Made-to-order” item, please take into consideration that it takes about three-four weeks to create your order.
Exchanges or Returns
Due to its handmade nature, all pottery pieces are not meant to be perfect and will have variations and some marks of the handmade process lightly. I do my best to describe the items accurately.
If you are unhappy with the items you received, don’t hesitate to contact me within seven business days to discuss a refund or exchange. Important notice – all items must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging to qualify for a refund/exchange. I will provide you with a shipping label and deduct the return label cost from your refund.
If your order arrived broken, please contact me within 24 hours of arrival. Email 5-6 photos of the damage (broken pottery, damaged packaging, etc.) to email@example.com. The postal carriers provide insurance for every shipped order. I will submit a claim and will refund you the cost of your order and shipping costs.
Grace period is seven days. After that period, all sales are final.
